License Agreement

Copyright. The AbsoluteToolbar is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All title and copyrights in and to the AbsoluteToolbar (including but not limited to any images, text, and "applets" incorporated into the AbsoluteToolbar ) and any copies of the AbsoluteToolbar are owned by ESmartPro.com, llc. The AbsoluteToolbar is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the AbsoluteToolbar like any other copyrighted material.

Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the AbsoluteToolbar.

Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of the AbsoluteToolbar; provided that each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this license agreement. Copies of the AbsoluteToolbar may not be distributed for profit either on a standalone basis or included as part of your own product without written permission of the copyright owner. The AbsoluteToolbar may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner.

Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the AbsoluteToolbar , except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Restrictions on Alteration. You may not rename, edit or create any derivative works from the AbsoluteToolbar, other than subsetting when embedding them in documents.

Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, copyright owner may terminate this license agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this license agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the AbsoluteToolbar and all of its component parts.

NO WARRANTIES. Copyright owner expressly disclaims any warranty for the AbsoluteToolbar. The AbsoluteToolbar and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or no infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the AbsoluteToolbar remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall copyright owner or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.

Installing and using AbsoluteToolbar signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove AbsoluteToolbar files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

Privacy Policy

AbsoluteToolbar sends your queries directly to search engine you search which means that it could not harm your privacy.

AbsoluteToolbar doesn't monitor or record URLs of sites that you are visiting.

AbsoluteToolbar doesn't record your IP address.

AbsoluteToolbar doesn't utilize Internet Explorer pop-up windows.

AbsoluteToolbar is not assosiated with any web sites or search engines used in toolbar search functions. Absolutetoolbar may or may not get refferal fees for some leads or purchases generated from its search results.
